Almost none of the companies we walk into actually steer on data. Not because the data is missing, but because it is scattered across four or five systems and stitched together in Excel again every Monday. By the time the report is ready, the week is over. We build the pipeline between your systems and your decisions.
First the connections: Exact Online, AFAS, Shopify, GA4, your planning tool or your own software. With Airbyte or our own Node.js connectors we load the data into a warehouse on PostgreSQL or BigQuery. With dbt we turn it into clean, documented tables where “revenue” has exactly 1 definition. On top of that we build dashboards: Power BI if your organization runs on Microsoft, Metabase or custom React if you want something of your own or embedded.
The difference from a one-off report: the numbers refresh themselves, permissions per user are handled and every KPI traces back to its source. Clean data is also the foundation for AI: forecasting, anomaly detection, an assistant that answers questions about your numbers. We build that in the same environment.

01How much does custom dashboard development cost?
A first dashboard, including a connection to 1 or 2 sources and a data model, starts at RABZI from €3,950 excl. VAT. Growth (from €9,500) delivers a compact data warehouse with 3 dashboards. A full data platform with multiple sources, history and governance starts from €24,500. Maintenance and new reports after that from €500 per month. Power BI or BigQuery licenses are billed separately.
02Power BI or a custom dashboard?
Power BI if your organization runs on Microsoft 365, the users are internal and you want to adjust reports yourself. Custom if the dashboard has to live inside your own software or customer portal, if external users need access, or if per-user license costs are getting out of hand. Metabase is a good middle ground. We advise based on your users, not on our preference.
03Do we need a data warehouse?
With 1 source and simple questions, no; then we connect the dashboard directly. As soon as you want to combine 2 or more systems, keep history your source system discards, or use the same numbers in several reports, yes. A compact warehouse on PostgreSQL costs little and prevents every dashboard from getting its own version of the truth.
04Which systems can you connect?
Exact Online, AFAS, Twinfield, Moneybird, Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, HubSpot, Pipedrive, GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Klaviyo, Mollie, planning and project software, and your own databases. If a system has an API, we connect it. If it does not, we work with exports, SFTP or a custom connector. We build those ourselves.
05How current are the numbers?
You decide per source. Financial data usually refreshes nightly, store and marketing data hourly, operational data from your own software can be real time. Refreshing more often costs more API traffic and compute, so we choose what makes sense per KPI. A revenue figure that changes every 5 minutes rarely leads to better decisions.
06Can you automate our Excel reporting too?
Yes. Often the first step is not a dashboard but the monthly report that currently takes 2 days of manual work. We automate the data collection and rebuild the report, as a dashboard or still as an Excel file that fills itself every month. Your colleagues keep the familiar format, minus the manual work.
